CV ll b 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 0 0 RESOLUTION NO. 9 3 - 2 0 6 I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ONE YEAR TENTATIVE MAP EXTENSION REQUEST OF CARLSBAD TRACT 84-32(A), COBBLESTONE SEA VILLAGE I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 1st day of Octo' adopted Resolution No. 8201 approving the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract 84-32; a WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 10th day of Octo adopted Resolution No. 89-354 approving the tentative map amendment of Carls 84-32(A); and WHEREAS, the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract 84-32(A) would have e. June 13, 1993; and 13 I/ WHEREAS, the applicant is diligently pursuing those acts required to obtain a 14 11 and 15 ordinances and current City policies with the addition of certain conditions; and 16 WHEREAS, the project can found to be in conformance with the General Plan, c 17 WHEREAS, the applicant has consented to the imposition of such condition 18 19 agreed to comply with them; and WHEREAS, both the applicant and the City wish to extend the tentative map 2o /I and relying upon the additional conditions. 21 II NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 22 11 California, as follows: 23 24 4. That the request for a one year extension until June 13,1994, of the ten1 2 conditions of Council Resolution Nos. 8201 and 89-354, and the following conditions 3 for Carlsbad Tract 84-32(A) is hereby approved subject to the execution and fulfillm 4 A.
