RESOLUTION NO. 93-220
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING SEWER SERVICE FEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has the authority to

fees for sewer services as provided in Section 13.1 2.808 of the Carlsbad Muni
8 WHEREAS, from time to time said fees are reviewed and evaluated to r
9 an adequate fee structure recovering costs for sewer services; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has held the necessary public hearings an 12
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the cost for providing sewc

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ( 14
for public comment on the establishment of said fee.
Council held on the 27th day of July, 1993, by the following vote to wit: l9
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carl 18
