RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF THE SIDEWALKS FOR
ALGA, ALICANTE AND EL CAMINO REAL ROADS, PROJECT 3391 , fi
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, construction of sidewalks for Alga, Alicante, and El Camino RI
Project No. 3391, has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared;
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of the sidewalks for Alga, Alicante, and El Cami
specifically identified as Project No. 3391, is deemed complete and hereby acceptec
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby aui
execute the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized and I
close the project accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Car
Council held on the 3rd day of AUGUST , 1992, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard, Fil
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
