RESOLUTION NO. 93-234
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND PLANNING SYSTEMS
FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO PREPARE THE CITY'S
LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM FOR CERTIFICATION.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califor
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement between the City of Car
and the Planning Systems for consulting services to prepar
Cityls Local Coastal Program for Certification, a copy of whj
on file in the office of the City Clerk, and incorporated h
by reference, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is h
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for a;
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
