RESOLUTION NO. 93-240
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN FILES
WHEREAS, maintaining obsolete files, correspondence and other papers is unc
and
WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides for destructio
records; and
WHEREAS, the documents listed in Exhibit "A', attached hereto, and made a
have been reviewed by the Purchasing Officer; and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Officer recommends that all documents listed in E)
no longer required and meet the requirements of Government Code Section
destruction; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has consented to the destruction of the docur
in Exhibit "A'.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to destroy the docui
in Exhibit "A', attached hereto.
