A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT
AGREEMENT WITH P & D TECHNOLOGIES TO PROVIDE
GNATCATCHER OBSERVATION AND CONSULTATION.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad finds it necessary, desirabl 10
11 the public interest to perform gnatcatcher observation and other protected bird specie
12 the construction of the Palomar Airport Road and El Camino Real Project; and
13 WHEREAS, a consultant agreement with P & D Technologies, Inc., has been prep
14 submitted hereto.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
16 California, as follows:
17 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
18 2. That a consultant agreement between the City of Carlsbad and ' 9 Technologies, Inc., in the amount of $40,000, is hereby approved and the Mayor and (
20 are authorized and directed to execute said agreement. The City Clerk is further autho
21 directed to forward copies
