A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE FOUNDATION FOR CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION.
