A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAR
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DEED RESTRICTION DOCUMENTS I
OWNED PROPERTY COMPRISING POINSETTIA COMMUNITY I
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califo
previously secured required regulatory agency permits for the future constl
7 Poinsettia Community Park; and
8 WHEREAS, the City is the legal owner of the real property cc
9 Poinsettia Community Park; and
lo I/ WHEREAS, said permits require the placement of a deed restric
