RESOLUTION NO. 93-301
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENT, MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT AND VARIOUS DISCRETIONARY APPLICATIONS FOR A PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 100 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT, SOUTH OF THE NORTHERN CITY LIMITS, EAST OF LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN ZONE 1, IN LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN ZONE 7
APPLICANT: CALAVERA HEIGHTS
CASE NO: EIR 90-05/GPA 90-04/MP 15O(G)/CT 90-26/ PUD 90-26/HDP 90-33
WHEREAS, on June 16, 1993 the Carlsbad PI
Commission held a duly noticed public hearing to cons
proposed Environmental Impact Report (EIR 90-05), Genera
Amendment (GPA 90-041, Master Plan Amendment (MP 150(G)), C;
Tract (CT 90-26), Planned Unit Development (PUD 90-26) and HI
Development Permit (HDP 90-33) for project developmc
approximately 100 acres of land and adopted Resolutions Nos,
3516, 3517, 3518, 3519 and 3520 respectively, recommending
City Council that they be approved: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsk
September 7, 1993, September 21, 1993 and October 26, 195
public hearings to consider the recommendations and hee
persons interested in or opposed to EIR 90-05/GPA 9
150(G)/CT 90-26/PUD 90-26/HDP 90-33: and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
