RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. U/M
AND APPROPRIATING $100,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND
93-6 FOR THE FIRE STATION NO. 1 RENOVATION,
INTO THE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the Cit
7 Carlsbad, California, for the Fire Station No. 1 Renovation
8 WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received
9 submitted by Bachman Construction, in the amount of $200,97:
10 WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the GE

General Capital Construction Fund, Account Number 300-820- l2
Fund Unreserved Balance to transfer $100,000 to the C
1 Fire Station No. 1 Renovation, Account Number 300-820-1810- l9
Capital Construction Fund, and $100,000 is appropriated fc 18
2. The General Fund transfers $100,000 to the Gc 17
