RESOLUTION NO. 93-307
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAEUSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A LIBRARY
SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION ACT, TITLE I1 GRANT
FROM THE CALIFORNIA STATE LIBRARY, AND
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. I TO THE MASTER
AGREEMENT FOR CITY OF CARLSBAD LIBRARY DESIGN
SERVICES FOR WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE COLE LIBRARY.

9 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Library has been selected to receive a Libra

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 18

approved.
