2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF
3 CARLSBAD'S PORTION OF COSTS INCURRED BY THE FUNDS FROM THE SOLID WASTE ENTERPRISE FUND FOR
4 NORTH COUNTY SOLID WA!SIE MANAGEMENT AGENCY
5 WHEREAS, the CITY OF CARLSBAD is a member of the North Count

Escondido and Oceanside; and 7
Waste Management Agency (Agency), a joint powers authority with the cii
8 WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that consultant services are ne(
9 to accomplish the task of soliciting alternative refuse disposal options; and
10 WHEREAS, member agencies have agreed to share the cost c
11 consultant services equally;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the t
