I1 RESOLUTION NO. 93-311 2 3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR CERTAIN CONDITIONS TENTATIVE MAP NO. CT 85-19, THE MEADOWLANDS, SUBJECT TO 5 11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on October 22, 198: 6 11 Resolution No. 8219 approving with conditions Tentative Map No. CT 85-19; and 7 8 9 WHEREAS, Tentative Map No. CT 85-1 9 was tolled and as a result of tolling Ter No. CT 85-19 would have expired as of March 14, 1993; and 10 I1 WHEREAS, the applicant is diligently pursuing those acts required to obtain a 1111 and 12 ll WHEREAS, the project can be found to be in conformance with the General PI I-3 /I City ordinances, and current City policies with the imposition of additional and revised ( 14 // and 15 agreed to comply with them; and 16 WHEREAS, the applicant has consented to the imposition of such conditior 17 WHEREAS, both the applicant and the City wish to extend the map subject to i l8 19 upon the additional and revised conditions.
