RESOLUTION NO. 93-312
A RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FOR APPROVAL OF GRANT DEED CONVEYING WATER/SEWER/ACCESS EASEMENTS TO CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACROSS A PORTION OF PARK SITE IN POINSETTIA COMMUNITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Car:
