A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBA
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY HA
XERISCAPE PROJECT, NO. CMWD 2660 AS COMPLETE, DlRECTl)
THE CITY CLERK TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION, AI
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCETO CLOSETHE PROJEl
ACCOUNTS UPON PAYMENT OF ALL FINAL CLAIMS AND COSTS,

5 WHEREAS, the City Hall Xeriscape Project, No. CMWD 2660 has been sal
6 completed; and
7 II WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has previously apy

certain funding for said project;
10 I1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
11 I1 California, the following:
12 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is directed

17 the Notice of Completion for said project.
