UTImS & MAINTENANCE DIRECI'OR AS THE SIGNATURE AUTHORITY HAZARDOUS WASIE GRANT APPLICATION AND APPOINTING THE 3 CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF THE HOUSEHOLD

WHEREAS, grant funding has been established by California Assemb:
1220 and is available through the California Integrated Waste Management Bo:
reimburse cities and counties for local Household Hazardous Waste program costs in(
during FY 1992-93; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is desirous of applying for these fund
WHEREAS, the program requires that the application be approved
signature authority appointed by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Ci

1. The above recitations are true and correct.
