RESOLUTION NO. 94-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPING PLANCHECK CONSULTING
SERVICES TO THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is desirab.
and necessary to retain the consulting services of a landsca:
plancheck consultant.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of ti
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2, That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor 1
execute an agreement with Lawrence Black and Associates fc
landscape plancheck consulting.
3. That funds are available in the Planning Departmer
budget.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Cit
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the 4th day c
January , 1994 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard and Finnila
