RESOLUTION NO. 9 4 - 5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF
($1,655) FROM THE FRIENDS OF CARRILLO RANCH
ONE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE DOLLARS
WHEREAS, the Deedie House structure at the Carrillo Ranch has underc

through the efforts of the Carrillo Ranch volunteer curator, Milford Wayne Donaldson, 9
WHEREAS, the construction repair has been made possible at a reduced
necessary repairs, and

Eagle Restorations, and
WHEREAS, through the benevolence of the Rueben H. Fleet Foundation of

Diego, the Friends of Carrillo Ranch have been afforded the opportunity to provic

grant donation to the City of Carlsbad for building repairs, and
15 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad wishes to acknowledge the benevolence of, I
16 extend their gratitude to Milford Wayne Donaldson, Eagle Restorations, the Rueber
17 Fleet Foundation, and the Friends of Carrillo;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlst

1. That the City Council accepts the donation of one thousand, six hun
2 I/ fifty-five dollars ($1,655) from the Friends of Carrillo Ranch for bui
3 11 repairs to the Deedie House at Carrillo Ranch.

2. That one thousand, six hundred fifty-five dollars ($1,655) is he
appropriated to the Miscellaneous Outside Services account in the F
7 Division.
