RESOLUTION NO. 94-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT
OF CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR THE BATIQUITOS LAGOON
~ ENHANCEMENT PROJECT. I 7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has preL

entered into a six-party agreement for the enhancement of Batiquitos Lagoor

agreement which designates the City as the lead agency for the construction
II project; and 11
12 ll WHEREAS, the project plans, specifications, and contract documents fl

WHEREAS, the City has previously entered into an agreement with the C 15
approval; and 14
construction of said project are complete and are submitted herewith for revie,
Los Angeles, acting by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners, reg;
l? reimbursement of all project costs for said project from the Port of Los Angeles

19 City of Carlsbad; and
20 WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it necessary, desirable, and
