A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR SAFETY CONSULTING
SERVICES TO THE CITY
5 I/ WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is desirable and necessary to

retain the consulting services of a safety consultant.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
~ 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an

12 agreement with Crawford & Company for safety consulting.
13 3. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Finance Director to transfer

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City 16
612-820-1910-2490. 15
$15,500 from the Liability Reserve Fund to Miscellaneous Outside Services Account No.
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 25th day of JANUARY 1994, by the following
