RESOLUTION NO. 9 4 - 3 7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A
DONATION OF FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS (4.1851.
WHEREAS, Gerico’s Bar & Grill donated four thousand one
hundred eighty five dollars ($4,185) for special equipment at the Senior Center;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of four thousand one
hundred eighty five dollars ($4,185) on behalf of the Seniors of the City of
Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 1st day
of February , 1994, by the following vote, to wit:
