RESOLUTION NO. 94-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF $20,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND RESEF
ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO FUND IMMEDIATE MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS TO REDU
POTENTIAL WILDFIRE HAZARDS WITHIN HOSP GROVE
5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad recognizes the potential for wild
6 occurrence within Hosp Grove; and
7 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to reduce any such potential of wildfire threat to
8 properties adjacent to Hosp Grove; and
9 WHEREAS, the appropriation of $20,000 is necessary to provide for maintena
10
