That the above recitations are true and correct 2. That the Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 90- Planned Unit Development (PUD 90-25) and Hillside Develop: Permit (HDP 90-31) for this project are approved and that findings and conditions of the Planning Commission containec Resolution Nos. 3587, 3588 and 3589, respectively, on file with City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference, are the find and conditions of conditions: the City Council with the following additi "a. That the covenants, conditions and restrict for the project shall include a provision that the required covered parking spaces per unit shall be used for. the parkinl motor vehicles and shall not be utilized for any other use would prohibit parking of motor vehicles to the satisfaction of planning director. "b. The provision of Chapter 1.16 of Carlsbad Municipal Code, "Time Limits for Judicial Review" s apply: "NOTICE TO APPLICANTgv "The time within which judicial review of this decision must be sought is governed by Code of Civil Procedure, Section 1094.6, which has been made applicable in the City of Carlsbad by Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 1.16. A written request for the preparation of the record of the proceedings shall be filed with the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California 92008.
