RESOLUTION NO. 94-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CALLING AND GIVING NOTICE OF THE HOLDING OF A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JUNE 7,
1994, FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE VOTERS A QUESTION RELATING TO A LEG0 FAMILY PARK.
5 WHEREAS, under the provisions of the laws relating to general law ci '

SECTION 1. That pursuant to the requirements of the laws of the Stal

Shall the City of Carlsbad consider approving a Leg0 Family Park within the Carlsbad Ranch Prcject located east of Interstate 5,
north of Palomar Airport Road, and south of Cannon Road, provided that the project shall fully comply with the City's Growth
Management Plan, and all land use processing and environmental
review requirements. ! Yes

SECTION 2. That the ballots to be used at the election shall be in
form and content as required by law.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk is authorized, instructed and directe
procure and furnish any and all official ballots, notices, printed matter,
all supplies and equipment that may be necessary in order to properly
lawfully conduct the election.

SECTION 4. That the polls for the election shall be open at seven o’c
