HomeMy WebLinkAbout1994-02-08; City Council; Resolution 94-48h a II 0 m 1 2 3 4 RESOLUTION NO. 94-48 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CALLING AND GIVING NOTICE OF THE HOLDING OF A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JUNE 7, 1994, FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE VOTERS A QUESTION RELATING TO A LEG0 FAMILY PARK. 5 WHEREAS, under the provisions of the laws relating to general law ci ' 7, 1994, for the purpose of submitting a question to the voters relating 7 in the State of California, a Special Municipal Election shall be held on 9 Leg0 Family Park; 8 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DOES HE lo 11 RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Cal i forni a re1 ating to general 1 aw cities, there is call ed and ordered to be I' SECTION 1. That pursuant to the requirements of the laws of the Stal 16 15 Municipal Election for the purpose of submitting to the voters the follo I* in the City of Carlsbad, California, on Tuesday, June 7, 1994, a Spc l3 question: ADVISORY VOTE ONLY 17 18 19 20 I Shall the City of Carlsbad consider approving a Leg0 Family Park within the Carlsbad Ranch Prcject located east of Interstate 5, north of Palomar Airport Road, and south of Cannon Road, provided that the project shall fully comply with the City's Growth Management Plan, and all land use processing and environmental review requirements. ! Yes No 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 SECTION 2. That the ballots to be used at the election shall be in form and content as required by law. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk is authorized, instructed and directe procure and furnish any and all official ballots, notices, printed matter, all supplies and equipment that may be necessary in order to properly lawfully conduct the election. /// 28 T +h m 0 SECTION 4.
