RESOLUTION NO. 94-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
FOR TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT AGENCY SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is
desirable and necessary to retain temporary employment agency
services for use throughout the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the City Council approves an agreement
authorizing the retention of Volt Temporary Services as a
temporary employment agency.
3. That the City Council approves an agreement
authorizing the retention of Thomas Temporary Services as a
temporary employment agency.
4. That the City Council approves an agreement
authorizing the retention of Manpower Temporary Services as a
temporary employment agency.
5. That funds are available in the departmental operating
budgets for fiscal year 1993-94.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the 15th
day of FEBRUARY , 1994, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard, Finnil
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
