RESOLUTION NO. 9 4 - 7 O
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
MENDATION OF THE COMMUNITY ACTIVITY REVIEW
PANEL AND ALLOCATING GENERAL FUNDS TO THE
ORGANIZATIONS IDENTIFIED
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE RECOM-
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
appointed a seven member citizen review panel to assess and make a
recommendation for funding community activities within Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the Community Activity Review Panel has recommended ten
organizations and their specific funding level.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
I. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the organizations identified in Exhibit "A" shall be
allocated funds and paid by the City of Carlsbad as indicated,
for the 1993-94 fiscal year.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 8th day of MARCH , 1994, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard, Fir
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
