RESOLUTION NO. 94-71 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARL!
~ CALIFORNIA DECLARING THE CITY’S INTENTION TO HOLD A PUBLIC HE1
ON THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE AT 3244 HARDING s’ I APN 204-1 10-03-00.

3 WHEREAS, the conditions which exist on Assessor’s Parcel Number 204-1 1 *

00 are alleged constitute a public nuisance as defined in Title 6, Section 6.16.C

the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and Sections 202 and 302 of the Uniform Code f
7 Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as adopted by the Carlsbad Municipal Code i

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car
10 California, as follows:
11 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

4. That the City Council will hold a public hearing on March 22
to consider whether or not the conditions on the property constitute a public nui:

22 5. That if a public nuisance is found to exist it will be ordered abated a
23 expense of the property owner(s) or the persons causing or maintaining the nuis
24 and such expense shall become a lien and special assessment against the properti

a personal obligation of the property owner and the persons creating, cau
committing or maintaining the public nuisance.
