A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF ELEVEN
COMPUTER TERMINALS FROM THE HUGHES
TECHNOLOGY CENTER.

WHEREAS, the Hughes Technology Center has donated eleven computer
terminals to the Library, and;
WHEREAS, the Library can use the terminals to access its online catalog anc
10 WHEREAS, these terminals will be useable as replacement terminals as

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City 18
from the Hughes Technology Center on behalf of all citizens of Carlsbad. 17
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of eleven computer terminals
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
