RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE 1993-94
PAVEMENT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT U/M 94-3

12 Office of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cil
Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

presented are hereby approved.
