RESOLUTION NO. 94-103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT AMENDING
VARIOUS CHAPTERS OF TITLE 21, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO (1) AMEND THE CITY'S EXISTING SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING REGULATIONS TO CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65915 AND, (2) ESTABLISH NEW DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS WHICH RESPOND TO SENIOR CITIZEN NEEDS. CASE NAME: SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING CASE NO: ZCA 93-05
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municip
Code, the Planning Commission did, on February 16, 1994, hold
duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider sa
request: and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing a
considering all testimony and arguments, examining the initi
study, analyzing the information submitted by staff, a
considering any written comments received, the Planning Commissi,
considered all factors relating to the Negative Declaration: a
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Ci.
Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the findings and conditions of the Planni:
Commission Resolution No. 3563, on file with the City Clerk a:
incorporated herein by reference constitute the findings of tl
City Council in this matter and that the Negative Declaration
hereby approved.
