A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE CARLSBAD PARKING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the term of Don Agatep expires in April, 1994;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit:
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the fol1 owing person is hereby appointed to serve
