RESOLUTION NO. 94-112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AND SYSTEMICS.
6 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is desirable
7 to contract for the professional services of a training consultant to
provide the necessary services for development and delivery of a 8

lo I1 series of training sessions; and
11 WHEREAS, the consultant possesses the necessary skills and

qualifications to provide the services required by the City.
ll NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the 14
15 City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
16 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
