RESOLUTION NO. 94-116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
REPAIRS TO BUENA VISTA CREEK CONCRETE CHANNEL EAST
OF EL CAMINO REAL, PROJECT NO. 3385.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it nece;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl: 17

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City CC
held on the 26th day of April , 1994 by the following vote, to wit:
