RESOLUTION NO. 94-119
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE STATE AND
LOCAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NOS.
008,009, AND 01 0 PROVIDING FUNDING FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS IN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, the City and State Rave previously entered into State and Local Partnt
Program Master Agreement No. SLTPP-5308; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has applied for and been gr;
State and Local Transportation Partnership Program (SLTPP) funding for the following pro
Tamarack Avenue between 1-5 and Carlsbad Boulevard (Project No. 3203) - Laguna Drive between State Street and Jefferson Street (Project No. 3001)
4 Various street overlay projects (Project No. U/M 93-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that receipt of supplemental funding is beneficial 1
transportation system for both the State and City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement:
009, and 01 0 to the State and Local Partnership Agreement SLTPP-5308.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Cc
held on the 3rd day of MAY , 1994 by the following vote, to wit:
