RESOLUTION NO. 94-120
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE BIDS FOR THE
REPAIRS TO BIOLOGICAL MITIGATION ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, AND TO CONSTRUCT REPAIRS TO THE
SLOPES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD,
PROJECT NO. 3401.
I I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it nece:
