RESOLUTION NO. 94-126
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE SETTLEmNT OF THE LAWSUIT ENTITLED CARLSBAD V. COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, CASE NO. 641337
WHEREAS, on recommendation of the City Attorney thc
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has determir
that a settlement in the case entitled City of Carlsbad, et e
v. County of San Dieso, San Diego Superior Court case No. 643
is in the public interest; and
WHEREAS, the Financial Management Director has appz
the bookings; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been set aside for
payment to the County of San Diego,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the City Council approves the settlement E
authorizes the Mayor to execute the Settlement Agreement whic
hereby approved.

the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 10th dal
