RESOLUTION NO. 94-152
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A PRECISE PLAN AMENDMENT TO
REMODEL AND EXPAND THE EXISTING NCTD BUS TRANSIT CENTER AT PLAZA CAMINO REAL. CASE NAME: NORTH COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT CASE NO: PP-24 (F)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipa
Code, the Planning Commission did, on April 20, 1994, hold a dul
noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider sai
request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing an
considering all testimony and arguments, examining the initia
study, analyzing the information submitted by staff, an
considering any written comments received, the Planning Commissio
considered all factors relating to the Negative Declaration; an
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Cit
Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the findings and conditions of the Plannin
Commission Resolution No. 3640, on file with the City Clerk an
incorporated herein by reference constitute the findings of th
City Council in this matter and that the Negative Declaration i
