NORTH COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT BUS TRANSFER/PICKUP 3
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDED PRECISE
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAN (PP-24 (F) ) TO REMODEL AND EXPAND THE EXISTING
PARKING AREA AT PLAZA CAMINO REAL.

WHEREAS, the City Council, on August 2 , 1977 , by t
adoption of Resolution No. 5166, approved Precise Plan (PP-24) f
the expansion of Plaza Camino Real; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Precise Plan 24 , major revisic
proposed within the planning area of Precise Plan 24 require t

approval of a precise plan amendment; and
WHEREAS, the North County Transit District (NCTD) h
requested a major revision to that Precise Plan to remodel a
expand the existing NCTD bus transfer/pickup parking area, whi
is located within the shopping center's entry driveway off
