A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE &
REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. U/M 93-9

7 WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, Califorl
8 for Traffic Signal Maintenance & Repairs in accordance with Contract No. U/M 9:

WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for this agreement \I
