RESOLUTION NO. 94-164
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, TO DISCRIMINATE BETWEEN RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS AND COMMERCIAL LIVING UNITS AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONDITIONAL USES SECTION TO ALLOW TIME SHARE
PROJECTS IN SPECIFIC COMMERCIAL ZONES.
CASE NAME: TIME SHARE ZONE CODE AMENDMENT CASE NO: ZCA 93-07
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municir
Code, the Planning Commission did, on March 2, 1994, hold a dl
noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider SE
request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing z
considering all testimony and arguments, examining the initj
study, analyzing the information submitted by staff, E
considering any written comments received, the Planning Commissj
considered all factors relating to the Negative Declaration; E
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the cj
Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2 o That the findings and conditions of the Plannj
Commission Resolution No. 3632, on file with the City Clerk z
incorporated herein by reference constitute the findings of t
city Council in this matter and that the Negative Declaration
hereby approved.
