RESOLUTION NO, 94-173
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARISBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
MENT EMPLOYEES. CASH COMPENSATION PAYMENT FOR MANAGE-
WHEREAS, because of current economic conditions both at the
city and state level, it has been determined that no adjustment to the
salary schedule or individual salaries will be made at this time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is
appropriate to grant each regular full time management employee a
cash compensation payment in the amount of one thousand two
hundred dollars ($1,200) on or before July 1, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the cost of this cash compensation payment will be
funded from the General Fund balance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2, That the recommendation that the City grant a cash
compensation payment for performing normally required duties
performed on regular work shifts as defined in Government Code
Section 20022(a)(8), in the amount of one thousand two hundred
dollars ($1,200) paid to all regular full time management employees
who are employed on June 28, 1994, is hereby approved. Such cash
compensation payment will be treated as a part of salary and, as such,
will be subject to all withholdings as required by law.

following vote, to wit:
