A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 1994/95
FISCAL YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET
OF THE ENCINA WASTEWATER AUTHORITY

5 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is a member agency to the Encina Joint Powers Agrc

entered into on July 13, 1961, for the acquisition, construction, ownership, operation and mainten;
I1 the Encina Joint Sewer System; and 8
WHEREAS, the Encina Agreement requires approval for the budget of the Encina Was1
Authority (EWA) by the Member Agencies following the recommendation of the Joint Ac

for the payment of its share of such expenses in accordance with the allocation provided in thr 15
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad desires to approve said budget and I

WHEREAS, the JAC thereafter approved the Fiscal Year 1994/95 budget of the EWA on h
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as fi
l8 I1 Section 1: That the Fiscal Year 1994/95 budget of the EWA as approved by the JAC on 1L
19 I 1994 in the amount of Nine Million, Eight Hundred Nineteen Thousand, Seven Hundred
20 I/ ($9,819,700) is hereby approved. 21
x! I1 Section 2: The City of Carlsbad’s share of the EWA 1994/95 fiscal year Capital Impro
