RESOLUTION NO. 94-199
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the death of Michael Portera has created a vacancy 01
Carlsbad Arts Commission for a term which expires in March, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci.
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the foll owing person is hereby appointed to serve
member of the Carlsbad Arts Commission for a term expiring in March, 1996

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City COI
