A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS FOR THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD'S 1994-95 FEDERAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califor]
selected programs to receive funding under the City's 1991
Community Development Block Grant Program on May 3, 1994;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califorl

has considered the required subrecipient agreements for 1991
Community Development Block Grant funds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken all testimony :
account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correcl
2. That the City Council has approved the 1991 Community Development Block Grant Subrecip! Agreements for the following organizatic
Carlsbad Care Crew; Senior Adult Services; Cathc
Charities (Good Samaritan House) ; Cathc
Charities (La Posada de Guadalupe); Commur
Resource Center; Carlsbad Hiring Center: and
EYE Counseling and Crisis Services (Family Recol
Program). The agreements are on file in the (
Clerk's Office.
