A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARISBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AREVISED SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH
THE CARISBAD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE CITY OF
GRANT PROGRAM
CARLSBAD'S 1993-94 FEDERAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has considered the
required revised subrecipient agreement with the Carlsbad Unified School District for 1993-94
Community Development Block Grant funds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken all testimony into account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council has approved the revised 1993-94 Community
Development Block Grant Subrecipient Agreement with the Carlsbad
Unified School District. The agreement is on file in the City Clerk's
Office.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, on the 26th day of JULY , 1994, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Kulchin, Nygaard, Finnila
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: ' None
ABSENT: None
