A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTERS 21.44 AND 21.45 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTIONS 21.44.020(a) (2), 21.44.050(a) (1) and21.45.090(~)
TO REVISE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS IN THE R-W ZONE. CASE NAME: R-W ZONE PARKING REQUIREMENTS
