RESOLUTION NO. 94-226
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AN IMPARTIAL ANALYSIS
OF THE MOBILE HOME PARK RENT CONTROL MEASURE.
WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election is to be held in
City of Carlsbad, California, on November 8, 1994, at which tl
will be submitted to the qualified voters the following measure
wit:
Shall the voters of the City of Carlsbad approve the
Mobile Home Rent Control Ordinance adopted by the City

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have an impar.
analysis prepared showing the effect of the measure on existing
and the operation of the measure;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5011 of
Elections Code of the State of California, this City Council t
direct the City Attorney to prepare an impartial analysis of
measure.
2. That the impartial analysis shall not exceed 500 wc
in length.
3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
adoption of this resolution; and shall enter the same in the :
of Original Resolutions.
