CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 94 -229
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SAN
DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD FOR THE PURPOSES OF RELOCATING AN
EXISTING OVERHEAD ELECTRIC LINE.
WHEREAS, San Diego Gas and Electric has been requested to relocate an e:
overhead electric line and place it underground on city-owned property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad must grant an easement to San Diego Gas and E
before construction can begin to relocate said electric line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of tk
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The City of Carlsbad hereby grants an easement to San Diego Gas and Electric 01
owned property legally described as: Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 1188, filed Decl
20, 1972 at Recorder’s File No. 72-340334 of Official Records in the office
County Recorder of said County of San Diego.
3. The City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute in the name of the City of Car
the easement document provided by San Diego Gas and Electric and approved 1
City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City COUI
the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 9th day of August, 1994, by the following
to wit:
