RESOLUTION NO. 94-234
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE 1993-94 PAVEMENT
OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. U/M 94-3
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, California, fo
1993-94 Pavement Overlay Program in accordance with Contract No. U/M 94-3; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for this project was submittc
Daley Corporation of San Diego, California, with a total amount of $598,960.70; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Gas Tax Fund for completion 01
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cii
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $598,960.70 by Daley Corporation of San Diego, Califc
for the 1993-94 Pavement Overlay Program, Contract No. U/M 94
hereby accepted and the Mayor and the City Clerk are he
authorized to execute a contract therefore.
