RESOLUTION NO. 94-236
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. U/M 94-8 FOR THE HOLIDAY HOUSE FIRE RESTORATION
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, California, for
the Holiday House Fire Restoration; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received was submitted by Macord
Construction Corporation, in the amount of $28,883; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Capital Improvement Program
Account Number 300-820-1 81 0-3457.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $28,883 by Macord Construction for the Holiday House Fire
Restoration, Contract No. U/M 94-8 is hereby accepted and the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute a contract therefore.
